BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE AT INTERRUPCIÓN:
We started with organic agriculture and then decided to go a step further and start to apply biodynamic farming methods. These entail a greater social and environmental commitment, and because of its own processes, biodynamic agriculture maximizes nutrient release in the soil and leads to more nutrition density in the fruits and vegetables produced.
For the time being, Interrupción works with two biodynamic farms: “Desafío del Valle” in Río Negro, which is certified by Demeter (pears and apples) and “Fincazul” in Tucumán which is not certified (Blueberries). Beyond this we are applying Biodynamic practices to all our farming operations to improve results and strengthen our environmental commitment wherever we farm.
